Caribou Coffee - Sweater Maker

Caribou asked us to make the season merry by transforming their stores into cozy holiday retreats. When the temperature is near freezing (or well below), few things are cozier than a knit sweater. So, we decked the Caribou stores with a Fair Isle print that adorned everything from cups to window clings. 

To extend the merriment, we created a Sweater Maker Facebook App that let users make an ugly holiday sweater for their photos. The sweaters were designed as animated GIFS and featured everything from flying reindeer to twinkling lights, making them only slightly quirkier than the knits Grandma gave you. For every ugly sweater created, a real one was given to someone in need, transforming ugly sweaters into something quite beautiful.

By season's end, we helped keep 10,000 people cozy and warm with new sweaters. The Sweater Maker was also featured on Creativity.
